Can I just play your games for free?
Of course! If you don't have a website, and just want to play the games online, you're free to play as much as you wish. Just open the game page containing all games.
Do I need to download or install anything?
No, Neomyz Online Games are completely hosted on our servers. You do not need to download or install anything. All you need to do is insert a few lines of HTML code into your web page, and you're all set!
Can I put an online game on my website for free?
Yes, the new Free plan allows you to set up your own game for free, and to use it on your website with no time limit. Sign up for a free Neomyz account today to start!
Can I switch to another game after it has been purchased?
Of course you can! You can switch to another game or reset your high scores as often as you like. Just sign into you account and select the "My Game" section to edit your game. Choose the new game, save it, and you're done! Your new game automatically appears on your website.
Please note: You will NOT need to change the HTML code in your pages, not even when you change your game or when you reset high scores.
What is the daily view limit?
The number of views counts how many times your game was actually displayed on your website. The daily view limit depends on your service plan, and when your game exceeds this limit for a particular day, it will become inactive and a plain-text message will be displayed instead of your game. Your game will activate again and display normally the next day. There are no additional charges when the limit is exceeded.
Can I put my game on multiple websites?
No. When you set up your game, you must enter the exact URL address where your game will be located. The game will check this URL address everytime it is loaded, and will only work from this URL. If the URL does not match, an error message will be displayed instead. This is to protect your game from unauthorized use on other peoples' websites.
Please note: You can change your game's URL address anytime you need to move your game to a different page or to a new website, just edit your game in the "My Game" section.
Can I remove the line "powered by neomyz.com?"
Yes. The kind of branding displayed on the bottom of your game depends on your service plan: in the Free plan, an animated advertisement is displayed on the bottom your game; in the Bronze and Silver plans, a static "powered by neomyz.com" branding is displayed; in the Gold plan, no branding is used.
Are the games available in languages other than English?
Yes, Neomyz Online Games are multilingual, and the following languages are available:

- English

The Neomyz web site is currently available only in English.
Which web browsers are supported?
All games are designed to run on any flash-enabled browser. The following browsers have been tested and are guaranteed to fully support Neomyz Online Games:

What if I forget my password?
In case you forget your password, just click the "Forgot password?" link at the bottom of the sign in box, and then enter the e-mail address that you are using to sign in into your account. Please note that due to security reasons, we can send your password only to the e-mail address you are using for your neomyz account.
