Do I need to install anything?
No, our web poll service is completely hosted on our servers. You do not need to download or install anything. All you need to do is to place few lines of code into your web page.
Is your polling service really free?
Yes, the new Free plan allows you to create your own poll for free, and to use it on your website with no time limit. Sign up for a free Neomyz account today to start!
Can I change my poll question after the poll has been purchased?
Of course you can! You can edit your poll question, poll answers, or reset votes to allow your visitors to vote again as often as you like. Just sign in into you account and select the "My Polls" section to edit your polls.
Please note that you do NOT need to change the code placed in your web page when you change your poll question, answers, or when you reset votes.
Can I switch to another skin after the purchase?
Yes. When you purchase a subscription, you'll get access to all skins, and you can switch to another skin as often as you like.
Just sign into you account and select the "My Polls" section to edit your polls. Choose the new skin, save it, and you're done! The poll on your website will automatically use the new skin.
Please note: You will NOT need to change the HTML code in your pages, not even when you change your skin.
What is the daily view limit?
The number of views counts how many times your poll was actually displayed on your website. The daily view limit depends on your service plan, and when your poll exceeds this limit for a particular day, it will become inactive and a plain-text message will be displayed instead of your poll. Your poll will activate again and display normally the next day. There are no additional charges when the limit is exceeded.
Can I get custom skin for my company / web site?
Yes, we can design a custom skin exclusively for your company or web site. Such custom skin will be available only to you, and will be designed to perfectly fit the look of your web site, or your corporate identity. Please contact us for further details and pricing. Even with a custom skin, you will still be able to switch between the standard skins anytime and as often as you want.
Can I remove the line "powered by neomyz.com?"
Yes. The kind of branding displayed on the bottom of your polls depends on your service plan: in the Free plan, an animated advertisement is displayed on the bottom your readers; in the Bronze and Silver plans, a static "powered by neomyz.com" branding is displayed; in the Gold plan, no branding is used.
Can I have more than one poll?
Yes, the Silver and Gold service plans allows you to create 3 and 6 polls, respectively. Please note that you will only need more than one poll if you are running several web sites, and need to have several distinct polls at the same time at these web sites.
Does your web poll offer a multilingual interface?
Yes, the web poll itself offers a multilingual interface, currently the following languages are supported:

The neomyz.com web site is currently available only in English.
Can someone vote more than once?
No one can vote more than once unless you enable this option when creating or editing the poll. If the "Allow multiple votes" option is not enabled, respondents will not be able to vote again until you reset your poll.
Can I hide the poll results from respondents?
Yes, this option is available in the Gold service plan. You are also allowed to specify a custom "thank you" message for your respondents when poll results are hidden.
Which web browsers are supported?
Our web poll is designed to run on any flash-enabled browser. The following browsers are guaranteed to support our polls:
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 and later (tested on 5.0, 5.5 and 6.0)
- Netscape Navigator 4.7 and later (tested on 4.7, 6.1 and 7.1)
- Opera 5.02 and later (tested on 5.02, 6.00, 7.11 and 7.50)
- Mozilla 1.2.1 and later (tested on 1.2.1, 1.4, 1.7 RC2) *
- Mozilla Firefox 0.9 and later (tested on 0.9 RC) *
The Macromedia Flash Player 6 or later is also required. Currently, more than 95% of all browsers are equipped with the Flash Player, and for those which are not, Flash Player is still only a ~500kB download.

* There is a known issue with Mozilla 1.5 and 1.6, which is causing the polls to draw incorrectly. This bug has been already fixed, thanks to the Mozilla development team, and we have tested the version 1.7 RC2 which works fine. This bug also applies to earlier versions of Mozilla Firefox (0.8 and earlier).
What if I forget my password?
In case you forget your password, click the "Forgot password?" link at the bottom of the sign in box, and then enter the e-mail address that you are using to sign in into your account. Please note that due to security reasons we cannot send your password to a different e-mail address.
